We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Please choose from the following options at checkout:

All orders are currently processed within 7 to 10 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note, the estimated delivery times is the estimated time after we have shipped your order. Please check our current turn around time. 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 | 1-2 business days (excluding current turn-around time) | £4.00  

Royal Mail Tracked 48 | 2-3 business days (excluding current turn-around time) | £3.00  

 HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary during busy periods or public holidays.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. We strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide photographic or video evidence of the fault. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will assess it on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, may offer a refund at our discretion.
